2. Description of Service

Text2Img Turbo is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate images based on text prompts ("Generations"). The Service is provided on a credit-based system, with various subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Pro).

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
  • Depicts non-consensual sexual content (NCS) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these policies without refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

  • Your Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own all rights, title, and interest in the images you generate using the Service, including the right to use them for commercial purposes (for Basic and Pro plan users).
  • Platform License: By using the Service, you grant text2img.vip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Generations for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service (e.g., in our public showcase), unless you generated them in "Private Mode."

5. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

  • Credits: Our Service functions on a credit system. Credits are deducted upon generation request.
  • Subscriptions: Basic and Pro plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time.
  • No Refunds: Due to the high cost of GPU computing, all purchases (including credits and subscriptions) are non-refundable. Please use the Free tier to test the Service before purchasing.

6. AI Disclaimers

THE SERVICE UTILIZES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE GENERATED IMAGES.

  • AI models may produce artifacts, distortions, or unexpected results.
  • The AI may unintentionally generate content that resembles existing copyrighted works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the generated content complies with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXT2IMG.VIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will post the modified Terms on this page and indicate the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
